We keep website inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to two years), then delete them. Clinical records for patients are kept separately under the recordkeeping requirements of the California Physical Therapy Board.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you outside of clinical records, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email natja@integrativept.org.
